How can I build a web app to help me schedule posts?

Hi,

 

I am trying to build a page with share buttons to help me schedule posts. I have tried the FB feed but I want to add links and images in the dialog box when it opens, without giving values to the fields in FB.ui(

 

Also, i am looking for other social medias as well. 

 

Any suggestion would be of a great help.

 

Also, the Twitter get counts api does not work http://cdn.api.twitter.com/1/urls/count.json?url

 

This api has been stopped, i guess.
