How can I capture deleted files?

Most network operating systems these days are either journaling or do thsi type of thing for you. Perhaps you shouldn't reinvent the wheel, and instead get with your network admins to see how to tap into this functionality.

You have to create a Windows service (something like directory watcher) that will be checking all the action going on your file system and when a file is deleted, save it somewhere else.
