how can i delete all my docker images and containers

can some one tell in signle command i can delete all images and container.

due to testing mnay images my system is full now..

and i need to delete image and container one by one using rm and rmi command.

Accepted answer
Delete unwanted volumes:

docker run -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock -v /var/lib/docker:/var/lib/docker --rm martin/docker-cleanup-volumes

Or one command to purge all.

docker system prune
