but i can cache only change type no row change in db like (insert)
i need get insert row by service broker & sqltabledependency.

Can you explain more details.
I assume you wants Unique no of Rows if am right you must be follow code.
INSERTINTOtable(name)VALUES('bob');
SELECTSCOPE_IDENTITY() Return the Unique Key..
