How can i get selected in Microsoft like Big Companies?

What Microsoft looks for is passion, knowledge, and interest in learning new things. They look for communication, how you invest your time in creating and learning new innovative things doesn't matter what it is. They not only look for skills developing classroom projects but also what you do to fill the gaps and how keen are you to learn and develop new interests.

First gain some expenses and knowledge and upload your resume to Microsoft Career page. If your resume gets shortlisted then go for interview.
