how can i get the gridview column reference

hi you can create one function and in that check each record's value of that column by looping to navigate all records of gridview

and based on that set the textbox's readonly property true/false..

you can get the reference of column by using for loop this way:

for (int i = 0; i < GridView1.Rows.Count; i++)

{

Label lbl = (Label)GridView1.Rows[i].FindControl("lbldays");

TextBox txt=(TextBox )GridView1.Rows[i].FindControl("txtdays");

//then check this value using if condition

if(lbl.Text== "")

{

txt.ReadOnly=true;

}

else

{

txt.ReadOnly=false;

}
