How can i import an external .CSS file to my ASP document?

Hi,
I think this is a version issue, in VS 2005 there a property called "StylSheet" in the document of ASPX page where i can specify the URI of my external .css file but in VS 2008 i cannot find that property, where is now? or is there another property replaced StyleSheet?
