How can I keep my team motivated in under pressure project?

I can understand that that would be difficult. Something that I think is obvious is that good work needs to be recognized. I think I cannot help in any way except stuff that is obvious but perhaps you can get more useful responses if you can clarify the problem.

I think it depends on where the pressure is coming from. There is a difference between pressure coming from outside the organization and pressure coming from within. If the pressure is coming from outside the organization then it helps for mnanagement to be understanding. If the pressure is coming from mnanagement then perhaps it is possible to find evidence of how pressure can cause a system to be much more costly in the long term. Anything done quickly is likely to have errors that are often costly.
