how can I know the exact command to create those users?

I have a screenshot from pgadmin of particular user with those priviliges -
Can Login? yes
Inherit rights from the parent roles? yes
And another user all the priviliges are markes as yes. how can I know the exact command to create those users?

I don't have access to the pgAdmin (it's from one of my clients)

Iirc, you can right click on the role and choose "Create SQL" or so... or it's even a tab in that window.
