How can i open new popup window in background?

You can use window.blur() function after opening up the new window. New window can be open using window.open(url, name, params. window.blur() will make sure that the parent windows stays in focus. Add this code to your parent window. 

 Specify the url and other parameters as per your requirement in the above function. Hope this helps.
