how can i remove blank space header and footer using Crystal

Question

I am use first Crystal Reports i never know how i can remove the space. And i also never know why half of the content in between Header and Footer.

1. Half of the content showed in Header.
2. In there between top to content must mush space how can i remove this.
3. Paper cutting by last word how can i solve this.
