How Can migrate my office portal site SharePoint Portal server 2007 into SharePoint 2010?

In my office currently we are using Portal in SharePoint server 2007 so that i need to migrate SharePoint server 2010,Hence anyone can help me what are the steps need into migrate SP 2010? i need details about it for manual migration process..

Installed Sql Server (SPSQL) after backup and restore your database from SharePoint 2007.

Restored to back up database in SharePoint 2010 now content are shown SharePoint 2010 Portal Site.
