How can we remember session values in restful webapi in C#

REST is not meant to remember any state, it is designed to be stateless

 

so all request to a REST web API must provide sufficient information for the request to be successfully processed.

 

If you want to implement state in REST, there are some hacks you need to implement but I will not suggest you to do that as it will override the default architecture of REST principles.
