How compare perfix barcode

Below the perfix should be compare with c# through entring barcode

But i mean compare for three no. (as perfix for any barcode) i will copmare these perfix through inserting barcode ;

for example : if Item A take this Barcode 1002333333312 (100 as perfix for this Item) the use when insert a barcode like (1222000000000) doesn't insert when we comapre by above perfix 100
