How do I add projects of vss to Tfs?

What I did was I mapped the projects from VSS to my local drive and then opened in Visual Studio. I, then unbind them. Now I am trying to add the projects
in Tfs source control but I got only VSS source control as option. What should i do? I have never worked on vss and tfs before.
