How do I backup Outlook 2016 for Mac?

Hello, I am looking for a quick and authentic solution to backup Outlook 2016 for mac. The export feature in Outlook 2016 for Mac is taking too long to export the email database. I need to clear out the email client and before that, I need to backup all the email database. Please help me find a better backup solution for Outlook 2016 for Mac.
