how do i display a form in a tab page?

Form is a "main" control to display other controls on it. I think, it's a mistake display form on tab page. I use form in such way only if I want to separate form from the control "in which" I display it.
An example:


private Form fpom;//declaration


this.fPom=new Form();//in constructor

this.fPom.ControlBox=false;

this.fPom.ShowInTaskbar=false;
this.fPom.StartPosition=FormStartPosition.Manual;

this.fPom.FormBorderStyle=FormBorderStyle.FixedToolWindow;

this.fPom.Deactivate += new EventHandler(this.fPom_Close);//create this method!


this.fPom.TopMost=true;//displaying

this.fPom.Show();

this.fPom.Location=...;

this.fPom.myControl_on_form.Focus();
