Override OnLoad method, which will be executed before your form is loaded.

Hey you can use page load event to show notification.
Like if you want show some text in messagebox before page load then use the below code. It will first show the message box then show the page.
private void AnyForm_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
    MessageBox.Show("Before Load");
}
