How do you convert an integer to two bytes in C#?

I will check my code; I think I have done something similar. I will suggest one possibility, though; you can do an "and" using hexadecimal FF (0xFF) to get the low-order byte and also do a right-shift of 8 bits to get the high-order bits. Do you understand that? I will look for anotheer way if you want but for just two bytes, that should be easy and effective.
