How i can use Bootstrap calendar for Month and Year Only

Hello,

I want to use Bootstrap Calendar for Month and Year only in Razor MVC4, i uses this but when i try to assign calendar value to Model variable then i can't do .

format: "mm-yyyy",
viewMode: "months",
minViewMode: "months"
});

to get the calender value in the  model make sure that your control id  and model id should be same.
