How i Create Radio button in Gridview in C# Windows app?

i create form and i put the Grid view two Display data for employee absences and when i want add radio button columns in this grid view i don't find it in (Type).

so, how i add radio button in this grid view

again This is gridview in asp.net but i want put it in windows form but i can't find it,
this is example, i have table for absences toFollowing the absences of employee .
this is table :- EmpCode varchar(5) FK,
absence bit,
InsteadOfRest bit,
vacation bit
i want create create radio button for every column in gridview in windows form , so that when user click on one radio button he can't click on radio button last.
Employee Name Absence Instead of Rest Vacation
Name1 1 0 0
Name2 0 1 0
Name3
Name4
Figure be Like that in gridview .
