how is better java /.net

All is depends on your choices, if you love Microsoft technologies, products then you should chose .net else you can go for java.
Both are having advance features , so many advantages and disadvantages. but if you makes your understanding level in depth the your selected languages will be your best choice.. so chose any of them as per interest and go ahead.    

No language/framework is worst.

Each one has its own advantages/disadvantages. So make sure that whatever language/framework you select to learn, Learn In Depth.
