How much salary can I Expect if i switch New Company?

I have three Year hands of Experience ASp.net MVC . Now Currently Getting monthly 30 thousands per month.i have plan to change my Company .if i switch new company how much Salary Can i ask based on previous salary?

As far as possible, try your best to take your mind off the salary you get. Instead invest that energy in enhancing your existing skills, acquiring new skills, improving soft skills, mastering communication, etc.

When you will do that, your salary will increase automatically. In fact, you don't even have to look at it afterwards.

People who keep looking at their salary figures never land-up getting more, on the contrary those who just concentrate on their work get more.

In India, we have huge population, but there is always a demand for skilled resources which many companies are craving for. Trust me!

Hi friend Normally they will give 30% high but you can ask 5 to 6 laks per aunum. If MNC company they will give maximum 6 laks per anumum based on your 3 year exp.
