  Hi aditya, You can achieve this by use of jQuery. Something like this  

  $(document).ready(function(){

              $("#myid").mousedown(function(e){

              if( e.button == 2 ) {

                    window.open("your url");

                    return false;

              }

           return true;

        });

  });
