The field of computer science is very big and we can't decide for you. You have to know your strenghts and what do you enjoy most. Do you like databases? Do you like game development? Do you like backend development or do you like front-end development or even full-stack development?

Once you have answers to these questions then you can use that as your decinding factor. Remember that salary will based on your experties, skills and experience. Keep in mind that being successful in career depends on what you do. Just make sure you enjoy what you do.
