how stop third party domains accessing the current page url.

If you are loading resources like css, js or images from external websites then CORS will not work. CORS policy applies for access control on your website resources.

I think you have to remove manually. In this is intranet website then you can do some firewall configuration.

why in any case third party url will be attached as query string , if you have used third party resources then it is normal we all use several cdns of JS and CSS like bootstrap, jquery , jquery plugins this doesn't mean they become querystring they simply issues as a request to the network.

please share the exact problem or clearify what do you mean by third party url as query string?

You can enable CORS to avoid third party login . See section "Enabling CORS in MVC"
