How to access all header text of gridview to other gridview

can you explain the use case and requirement?

Why do you want to access header of one gridview into other gridview's column?

 

You are trying to plot a matrix like layout to show the intersection between rows and columns?

 

If you have the fixed amount of columns and their texts are static then you can put them in resource file and use them in both the places.

 

IF you are binding grid view to data table then you can add one column in it at the first place create rows in the table with first column values from the first grid.
