How to achieve the Output in Gridview?

Question

Hi 

Please share the solution for the below task.

Suppose i have Grid View with Column Fields like Empid (int), EmpName (varchar),Priority (High/Medium/Low),Status (Open/Close).

Now i want to display Priority (can be displayed in Image format), Status  of the employee in below output format.

EmpId	EmpName	Priority	Status
1	AAA	High	Open
2	BBB	Middle	Close
3	CCC	Low	Close

 

How to achieve the Output.
