How to activate user clicked menu when template integration

Hello Guys,

I have to implement active menu when user click on that at that time it will active in master page with template integrated.

Here i have provide my .aspx page so u can understand better.

Nobody has time to read the source code of the complete page. Please share only the relevant portion of the code. if it's something related to design then it would be great to host the source in jsfiddle.com.
