How to add a value in Calculated Field

Hi all,

           I want to add a value in calculated field like If i give 100000 to a column it should be automatically add as 400000 to another column (i.e If add any number in one column it should add 4 in the first digit not *4).Is there any formula to achievw this in calculate field. Thanks in Advance.
