how to add MySql Database to Entity Data model

can anybody please tell me how to add MySql Database to Entity Data model. Had add reference MySql.Data, MySql.Data.Entity but still I'm not able to add MySql database because In EntityData Model Wizard In Change Data Source not getting MySql DataBase option. Please help. Thanks.
