how to add new row in true data grid control at runtime?

hello guys ...i have to add new row in true data grid control at runtime which is binded to sql server data base file....
i tried lot much but gives the error data binded...
if the new row is added in the tdb control at runtime then it should update the data base file fields also which is in sql...
help me...
