Hi Jagdeesh, You may also consider CSS approach. You didn't mention which Sharepoint version. Below is the css for SP 2013 , if you inspect the element you will find the ID of the Div wrap and apply after/before and content properties. You shall follow same approach whichever SP version you are on. #welcom eMenuBox span::before { content : "Welcome " ; } This will add welcome text before user name as shown below.
