How to add submit button for paging grid

on page index change of gridview you can do like below

    {
        grdSearch.PageIndex = e.NewPageIndex;
        if (grdSearch.PageIndex == 12)
        {
            grdSearch.ShowFooter = true;

This is my code.. There are 243 question and 13 pages. I need to display submit button at the 13th page.. but it is displaying in all the page. How to solve? Pls help...

Do you want buttons for paging
You can use allowpaging="true"

but you want buttons inside gridview to do some action
then
use footer template and buttons inside that
