How to allow direct link access in MVC5?

Question

Now my MVC project cannot access by copying link address. 

 

For example: I can run my mvc project step by step. If another user use the link- for example (http:www.aa.com/home/details/1) to run his own computer, he cannot see anything.

Can anyone help me how to customise or implement? Thanks a lot for viewing my question.
