how to apply expand/collapse in mvc4/5?

hi

i want to apply expand/collapse in mvc4/5

 suppose i have a form in that i created registraion form and suppose i created login form on the same page

  now want to apply collapse and expand condition..

 if click on panal 1 its should be expand and if i click on panel2 it should be open and before should be close

 but i want only mvc
