How to apply Unique,Check Constraint in sql data fields

I have talbe in sql sever 2005,I want to apply Unique key on Ename field, Primarykey on Eid field

Please provide the steps to do this.

Alter table:

ALTER TABLE ADD CONSTRAINT
UNIQUE NONCLUSTERED
(
Ename
)

In SQL Server Management Studio Express:
Right-click table, choose Modify
Right-click field, choose Indexes/Keys...
Click Add
For Columns, select the field name you want to be unique.
For Type, choose Unique Key.
Click Close, Save the table.

ALTER TABLE dbo.YourTable
ADD CONSTRAINT PK_YourTable
PRIMARY KEY CLUSTERED (Eid)

Or you can do the steps specified above from management studio.
