how to auto generate number in sql server without using identity and sequence number

Hi.
You can use NEWID() or NEWSEQUENTIALID().
Find the examples as below,
create table Employee1
(
ID uniqueidentifier default NEWSEQUENTIALID(),
Name varchar(10)
);
create table Employee
(
ID uniqueidentifier default newid(),
Name varchar(10)
);

1. INSERT INTO TableName (Col1 , Col2, Col3)
2. VALUES (1 , 'Value 1', NEWID())

Use GUID's and NEWID() function.
