How to Avoid Crystal Report Load Delay?

I'm doing a Windows application with SQL server 2008.

1. When I generate the crystal report it takes long time to load in crystal report viewer.

How to avoid this one?.

2. How to use the MicrosoftReportViewer?

If possible need coding
