How to avoid form close on Alt and F4 button

You can simply prevent it from closing using formClosing method of the form like below,
private void Form1_FormClosing(object sender, FormClosingEventArgs e)
{
    e.Cancel = true;
}
or
this.FormClosing -= new System.Windows.Forms.FormClosingEventHandler(this.Form1_FormClosing);
this.Close();

Simple add closing event to form as in below and cancel event. private void Form1_FormClosing(object sender, FormClosingEventArgs e) { e.Cancel = true; }
