How to be a C# developer??

Dear all,

I have some queries regarding carrer guidance, Actually i have done graduation in Arts and then i have completed MBA in IT.

As well as i am working in IT infrastructure and and have almost 4.6 years of experince.

but i want to be a developer and i want to learn C# programming language.

So please help me how to be C# developer.?
