Using jquery you should do it First read the values of the drop down Concatenate it Assign the value to the text box .

Hi.
In your 3rd dropdown add onchange function like this,
@Html.DropDownListFor(m => m.State,
new SelectList(ViewBag.StateList, "StateId", "StateName"),
"Select state",
new { @class = "form-control", @id="ddl3", @onchange="FillCity()" })
and write the FillCity() like this,

function FillCity(){
// Here get the value of all 3 dropdown using jquery and perform add operation
// and assign the same value to textbox using jquery
}

One more thing give "id" in all dropdown and textbox.
