how to bind data on dropdown change based on id in an

am able to get selected customer data from db,

if i select madhu , am getting data of madhu and binding with

adding row ,in next row also same madhu data binding(if i select bhanu in 2nd dropdown am getting bhanu data correctly,but this data binding to all rows)

am trying to add for loop condition to get only selected data , but not getting
