How to bind data to a flipview using C# in Windows store app

Im building a windows store app and i need to take textbox values and display them in an items detail page. The textboxes are in a blank page and i added an ItemsDetailPage so theres no sampledatasource.cs file. What im trying to achieve is that when text is entered y the user and the user clickes a button, the page navigates to the Items detail page where the details are shown. Also would like to allow other records to be added so the flipview can be used. It seems like a good idea in my mind but am stuck at Binding the Items. The items i have to bind include

this is the part that supposed to show the details. Im fairly new to programming with C# and only know a little together with windows store apps. My question is how to make a class that will take the textbox values(ive already passsed them to the Items DetailsPage but dont know what to do next) or any other thing that will allow those values to be shown in the flipview. Would appreciate any help offered. Thanks in advance.
