How to calculate difference of two dates in numeric values

Hai ,

In my project I need to find total running days of from the order date to current date or Today date ,

How can I do this in my project .

Please suggest any idea to finish this concept and it's urgent please somebody help me to solve this.

For an example :

Order Date :01-10-2015 and Today Date:13-10-2015

Order running Days : 13

This is my concept. I hope you can understand.

Pavithra please once use below code:

Your two datetimepickers like -
datetimepickerTodayDate => For TodayDate
datetimepickerOrderDate => For OrderDate

// Find difference in timespan
TimeSpan m_Difference = (datetimepickerTodayDate.value).Subtract(datetimepickerOrderDate.value);

// Find difference in no of days
Int m_DifferenceInDate = (int) m_Difference .TotalDays;

DateTime oldDate = new DateTime(2002,7,15);
DateTime newDate = DateTime.Now; 
 // Difference in days, hours, and minutes.
TimeSpan ts = newDate - oldDate; 
// Difference in days.
int differenceInDays = ts.Days;

==========================================

DateTime dt1 = new DateTime(2012, 3, 3);
DateTime dt2 = new DateTime(2011, 3, 3); 
var days = dt1.Subtract(dt2).TotalDays;


====================================================

 Assuming StartDate and EndDate are of type DateTime:
  (EndDate - StartDate).TotalDays
     
===================================================================

Convert the result as your requirement
