How to capture an image by android phone in C# programming.

Question

 Hi,

       I have a requirement to take a snapshot form Android mobile using C#. Means that, We have a two button on windows form "Open" and "Capture".

and android mobile are connected to PC via USB. Now, if we click on Open button then mobile camera should be open. and when click on Capture button then image should be capture with mobile device. If any way is possible please help. Thanks in advance.
