.NET's MessageBox class is based on the unmanaged MessageBox function and, as you'll see from this link, there's no way to use a different font or font size:

If you need this functionality, you'll have to create your own custom MessageBox class or look for one on the internet which some one else has already built.

The green transparent diagonal band over the answerer's picture is a nice touch :)

How about the new Accepted feature and new icon for the accepted answer on the home page.
