Please download the attachment and check it.Because it is not a Menustrip it is MainMenu Task Item.The MainMenu Task Item is not the backcolor property.Please check it and inform me...

Thanks for reply But i am using C#.net.In c#.net is it possible to change the backcolor in MainMenu Task Item using c#.net.I have attached my application please check it and send your feedback.
