how to change the column header text in gridview at run time in C#?

hi,all
how to change the column header  text in gridview at run time in C#?if i change column header text its change only in front end,iam don't want to changed in database.i want change in front end only.for ex: in my table column names like this only C!,C2,C3,C4.but i want disply in gridview when form is load ITEMCODE,ITEMNAME,SIZE,PRICE like this only.plz tell me. is it possible?
