How to change User Account type in Windoes 7 os?

My friend bought a new Laptop with the operating system Windows 7 installed with computer name 'Shree Ganesh'.
My Problem is that...I want to install windows-based application with Computer name 'ADMIN'. I had changed computer name with ADMIN too but, User Type could not change... Please guide me... Thanks..

Sir, I do this.. just still stuck on. I was check in c:\Users\Shree Ganesh (with protected)

Control Panel --> User Account and Family Safety --> User Accounts -->
Manage Accounts --> Change Accounts --> Change Account Type
